Build Quality
Using our propriety construction methods, we deliver the highest build quality available in the park and leisure homes market. We focus on doing the simple things to the highest standards which results in a palpable sense of quality as you walk through the door of a Kingston Lodge.
Domestic style emulsion walls, central heating systems, doors and walls mean our whole range is closer in build quality to a house than a standard leisure home.
All of our lodges and park homes are built to BS3632: 2015 and are suitable for all year occupation meaning clients can enjoy year-round use and park owners can generate income throughout the year. We use the highest quality fixtures and fittings and guarantee all of our work with a 10-year structural warranty.
The way we construct our all of our park and leisure homes ensures the best possible thermal efficiency. This not only saves money on running costs but also ensure that our whole range is better for the environment. The whole of the Kingston range easily out performs a traditional leisure lodge or static caravan.
Safety is paramount at Kingston and our build process ensures the highest possible levels of safety. We build in excess of the fire safety regulations and construct our roof structures to withstand one in one hundred-year storms. Our History
Kingston Park and Leisure Homes is part of the Kingston Group which includes modular building industry leaders, Kingston Modular Systems. Over the years we’ve designed and built schools, hospitals and accommodation buildings for high profile clients including the UK government.
Building a 4-storey building in central London feels like a long way from delivering a number of lodges to a leafy holiday park in the countryside but it’s exactly this that sets us apart from the rest.
Our Factory
Located in Hull, our 40,000 square foot factory has capacity to build two high quality lodges and 12 modules per week. The factory houses the full production process from chassis and metal fabrication to kitchen installation.
We offer all of our clients a full tour of the factory so you can ask questions about the design and build process whilst seeing your brand-new lodge coming together. As with all things Kingston, transparency and integrity are at the forefront of what we do and we believe this process can be highly beneficial to any customer.
