What is your job title? Commercial Director  
 
When did you join Kingston? I’m one of the original founders of Kingston Park and Leisure Homes and have been here since the beginning in May 2016 
 
What do you do here? I focus on establishing, developing and implementing the Kingston brand and strategy with a focus on ensuring our vision of the best quality park and leisure homes delivered on time, in full and error free. 
 
Why can clients trust you? I have 30 years’ experience in offsite construction within the modular and leisure sectors delivering projects to the highest standards.

Carl Galbraith 
What is your job title? Operations Director 
 
When did you join Kingston? June 2016 
 
What do you do here? My main responsibilities centre around the production and installation of our range of luxury lodges and park homes. I work closely with the production and operations manager to ensure we never miss a delivery date so clients can start enjoying their lodges as soon as possible. 
 
Why can clients trust you? I have 30 years’ experience in offsite construction within the modular and leisure sectors delivering projects to the highest standards.

Jonathon Bradshaw 
What is your job title? Finance Director

What do you do here? I’m responsible of the high-level strategic business planning and the financial operations of the business. I help to keep the company running smoothly and make sure everything’s working efficiently to benefit our clients 
 
Why can clients trust you? I worked for 26 years at Arco Ltd in a variety of roles for the Finance team and on key projects. I was also a member of the Senior Leadership team. I’m also the Finance Director of Construction company & joinery manufacturer and a FCCA qualified accountant.

Steve Taylor 
What is your job title? Sales Director 
 
When did you join Kingston? April 2019 
 
What do you do here? As Sales Director, I am responsible for all things sales including, generating partnerships with residential and leisure park owners, helping customers with own land enquiries and helping retail customers with choosing and designing their new home. You’ll also see me at trade shows and helping the design team create brand new luxury models and design touches that really set us apart. 
 
Why can clients trust you? I’ve have been in the industry a number of years as an area sales manager for both Homeseeker and Omar Park homes. I was also the National Sales Manager for Prestige Homeseeker and lead a sales team of four Area Sales Managers, four Internal Sales Managers and the Marketing Department. 
 
What do you think Kingston does better than anyone else in the industry? Quality of materials used, attention to detail, flexible to customer needs. Our ability to listen to our clients’ needs and respond accordingly and our capacity to offer utility buildings as well as homes or lodges

Darren Gibbon 
What is your job title? Procurement Manager 
 
When did you join Kingston? 2017 
 
What do you do here? To oversee all purchase orders and liaise with all suppliers to create a good working relationship together. I also look for new products and suppliers in the market and most importantly help to make sure all deliveries are on time, in full and error free. 
 
Why can clients trust you? I have 15 years working either in a stores/procurement environment in the modular construction industry. 
 
What do you think Kingston does better than anyone else in the industry? I think it’s our attention to detail, the care and dedication we put into the product and the emphasis on delivering on what the client needs.

What is your job title? Technical Design Manager

What do you do here? I’m responsible for the design process of our range of luxury lodges and park homes. From the initial sketches to the finish on the kitchen cabinets, my team and I love getting everything exactly as the customer has asked. 
 
Why can clients trust you? 10+ years consulting civil/structural/architectural technician, 10+ years modular design/drafting, 20+ years in construction industry in consultant engineering and design and build

Peter Pritchard 
What is your job title? Senior Supervisor  
 
When did you join Kingston? 2018 
 
What do you do here? Ensure delivery of scheduled work through the factory is delivered within budget, on time, in full and error free to the customers’ expectations and the Kingston standard. 
 
Why can clients trust you? I have over 15 years of Modular building experience, starting as a joiner and working my way up to Operations/Health and safety manager. This experience has assisted me in taking on the new role as Senior Supervisor for Kingston Park and Leisure Homes.

What do you do here? Responsible for all the production process, understanding all technical drawings and specifications, production planning including sub-contractors to meet targets and deadlines and on budget for our clients.
